1-  Log into Myspace, make sure you are:  Home
2-  Select:  Edit Profile
3-  Add this code to the About Me:  section of your profile

4-  Select:  Save All Changes
5-  Select:  View my profile (top right) to verify

Note, all code should be typed in EXACTLY, including spaces and case (UPPER/lower).
